Using it is quite intuitive - no complications here (although somewhat math must utilize the timer). The rubber feet ensure that it stays motionless around the counter. The loaf shape is horizontal (versus the vertical types of inferior makers). The included recipe book provides a million options. Recommended.

Panasonic sd-yd250 Review from Madhuri - I am a novice breadmaker. Thus far I made white bread (from Panasonic recipe book) and whole wheat bread and they became available to be better than any store bought bread. We were totally zapped by the fact that it's possible to make excellent bread in your own home like a piece of cake. Even whole wheat grains bread came out very good, it was soft and full of flavor. I measure my ingredients precisely using a cheap scale and use King Arthur flour.
For whole wheat bread , I used a recipe in one of the reviewer on this site (2 C whole wheat flour, 1 C bread flour, 1 tsp dry yeast, 1.5 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp dry milk (my addition) and 1 1/4 C room temp. water) size:M whole wheat and voila!!
This machine is very quite, sturdy and easy to clean.
My white bread always comes out without the kneading blade stuck into it.
This bread maker is totally worth buying, in fact this will be the best investment your money can buy.
